Coolant purge
Coolant purge
For an engine to run smoothly, coolant must be present in the cooling system. It is therefore normal to bleed the cooling system when it is worn out. This is the reason why coolant drain stations exist.
Purging a cooling circuit
When it comes to draining the coolant, you can do it yourself or go through the hands of a professional with a cooling system draining station. This kind of station is particularly useful for draining and filling any cooling circuit, such as the example of Flash Cooling®.
It is advisable to have an oil change every 2 to 4 years or every 50000 km. This is particularly useful for draining and checking the tightness of a vehicle’s cooling system. Of course, it is also a matter of recycling used coolant as part of the concern for the environment.
This operation is made easier thanks to this type of station. Draining, purging and replacing the coolant is quick and does not require any disassembly on the vehicle. This intervention is available for all vehicles, petrol, diesel, electric or hybrid.
GO THROUGH AN EMPTYING MACHINE
Concerning the use of a draining machine, it allows to have many advantages. The whole operation is done by direct connection of the machine with the expansion tank. An important point to note with this type of emptying: it is not necessary to carry out any dismantling on the vehicle. The emptying machine is efficient because it is quick to operate.
And so an operation lasting several hours becomes a ten-minute operation. It also makes it possible to carry out this type of operation in complete safety, avoiding any direct contact with the coolant. It is important to point out that this type of machine facilitates the recycling of used fluids.
It is advisable to replace the coolant regularly as it is essential for the correct operation of a vehicle engine, keeping the engine at ambient temperature and helping it not to overheat/
